Trips are made to Puako or Kapoho at least once a month, to just get out of town.

BBQ/Potlucks
BBQ/Potlucks are done at the beginning and end of each semester, as a sort of welcome back to school and thank the stars it's over .

Trips are done to the research Island as both learning and recreational experiences.
